Fresher’s Day for Std. XI 2026–27 Batch by Rhythm and Roots: the Cultural Club
Fresher’s Day for the Std. XI (2026–27 Batch) was celebrated on 24th July 2026 with great enthusiasm to warmly welcome the new students into the college family. The programme was conducted in two one-hour sessions—one for the Science and Arts streams and the other for the Commerce stream.
The event aimed to extend a cordial welcome to the newly admitted students while introducing them to the vibrant activities of the college’s cultural club, Rhythm and Roots.
The programme commenced with a melodious orchestra performance, setting a lively and cheerful atmosphere. This was followed by a graceful semi-classical dance performance, an engaging Marathi drama, and an energetic Western dance that captivated the audience and received thunderous applause.
The Std. XI students thoroughly enjoyed the programme and participated enthusiastically with applause and cheers throughout the event. The efforts of the Std. XII students were particularly praiseworthy. Despite their demanding academic schedule, including regular classes and practical sessions, they dedicated their time and energy to rehearse and present outstanding performances, making the event truly memorable.
Overall, Fresher’s Day 2026 marked a joyful beginning to the new academic year. It fostered a sense of belonging among the freshers, strengthened the bond between juniors and seniors, and celebrated the spirit of creativity, talent, and togetherness.
