Innovative Teaching Practices

An endeavor to focus on staff development.

OBJECTIVE:
1)To motivate teachers to implement innovative methods in their regular teaching
2)To encourage peer learning
3) Induction kit for academics

Process:

Teachers will present their lessons on topics of their choice focusing on Bloom’s Taxonomy.

Expected Outcome:

Graduation of every concept from  remembering- understanding to Application- synthesis.

 

Faculty will be given the freedom to design their own curricular and pedagogical approaches within the approved framework, including textbook and reading material selections, assignments, and assessments. Empowering the faculty to conduct innovative teaching, research, and service as they see best will be a key motivator and enabler for them to do truly outstanding, creative work- NEP)
