The 77th Republic Day was celebrated with great patriotism and enthusiasm at Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School, Ganeshnagar. Hosting the occasion, the school became a vibrant platform where all branches came together to honour students who achieved International and National recognition in ATL and sports, along with the presentation of awards such as Exemplary Parenting and Endowment Awards.
The celebration was graced by esteemed management members and trustees, with Mr. Jitendra Hegde—an internationally acclaimed entrepreneur in the healthcare sector—as the Chief Guest. The programme began with a ceremonial Guard of Honour, followed by the unfurling of the National Flag by the Chief Guest and the rendition of the National Anthem.
Adding to the patriotic fervour, students of the Kannada medium presented a soulful patriotic song that stirred feelings of national pride. The gathering then moved to the auditorium, where tribute was paid to Late Suresh Kalmadi ji. Subsequently, students from all units of the Kaveri Group were felicitated for their remarkable achievements at the national and international levels.
