Moment of Pride for Kaveri Group of Institutions
We are delighted to share that our teacher Mrs. Manisha Girolkar, Head of ATL, has been honoured with the Bharat National Teacher Award 2026, on 13 September 2026 at IILM University, Greater Noida, New Delhi by Center of Education Development (CED) under Niti Aayog.
With 25 years of dedicated service in education, Mrs. Girolkar has consistently worked towards transforming classrooms into spaces of curiosity, inquiry, experimentation and innovation. Her contribution to establishing and nurturing the Atal Tinkering Lab into a vibrant Innovation Hub, mentoring young innovators, promoting Computational Thinking, Design Thinking and AI, and facilitating professional learning for teachers has created a meaningful impact on both students and educators.
This recognition is a proud moment for Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School and the entire Kaveri Group of Institutions. It celebrates not only an individual achievement but also the school’s culture of providing educators with the freedom and opportunities to learn, experiment, research and grow.
The school congratulates Mrs. Manisha Girolkar on this prestigious honour and wishes her continued success in inspiring educators and empowering every child to explore, create and flourish.
