Grade 5 Brings SDG 6 to Life – Dress the Door Event!

What a fantastic celebration of creativity, learning, and sustainability! Our Grade 5 students transformed their classrooms into living lessons on clean water and sanitation as part of the Dress the Door event, and parents got a first-hand glimpse of their children’s talent and efforts. 🌍

Each division brought a unique theme to life:

🌿 Div A: Protect & Store Water-Related Ecosystems – showing how forests, wetlands, and rivers safeguard our water.

💦 Div B: From Sources to the Tap – a journey of river from Shiva’s Ganga and natural sources to our home taps.

🚰 Div C: Access to Clean Sanitation – highlighting hygiene, handwashing, and safe facilities.

⚡ Div D: Clean Water vs Polluted Water – a striking comparison that taught us why protecting water is crucial.

💡 Div E: Water Conservation – creative ways to save every drop at home and school.

🦸‍♂️ Div F: Water Warriors & Innovations – showcasing imaginative ideas and student-led solutions for clean water.

Parents and visitors were thrilled to see 3D models, mythological stories, interactive displays, and hands-on activities. The long wall connecting the doors became a flowing river of knowledge, linking all the divisions’ themes in one continuous story.

The auditorium performances were the perfect finale:

🎵 A lively song on saving water

💃 Dance performances showing the journey of water

🎭 Skits and Bharud bringing humor, culture, and awareness together

The event was not only fun and creative but also educational, reminding everyone that “Every Drop Counts”. Parents left inspired, witnessing how our students are learning to care for water and the environment from a young age.
