We were honoured to host the Pune Cluster ATL Meet on 10th October 2025 at Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School, Ganeshnagar — a day celebrating innovation, collaboration, and creativity!
The event began with an inspiring address by Mrs. Malati Kalmadi, Secretary, Kannada Sangha, who set the vision and objectives for the Pune ATL Cluster. An enlightening keynote by Mr. Ravi Pandit, Co-founder & Chairman, KPIT Technologies, motivated students to dream big and innovate for a sustainable future. Mr. Suman Pandit from AIM shared valuable insights on ATL cluster operations and the growth of new labs across India.
A thought-provoking panel discussion on “How can innovation and entrepreneurship education in schools prepare students to thrive in an uncertain and rapidly changing world?” brought together experts —
Mr. Hemant Gadgil, Program Lead, Dassault Systèmes;
Dr. Milind Naik, Principal, Jnana Prabodhini School;
Dr. Ashwini Kulkarni, Founder Director, IICMR and City Pride School Nigdi;
Mr. Nilesh Bhatevara, Founder, Shree Stampings; and
Ms. Sunanda Mane, Co-founder & President, Lend -A -Hand India.
The session was expertly moderated by Mrs. Pallavi Naik, Head of Academics, Kaveri Group of Institutes.
Dr. Aditya Abhyankar, Dean, SSPU, shared his perspective on the importance of inquiry and curiosity in innovation, encouraging students to turn ideas into impactful realities.
The event concluded with Teacher Presentations showcasing ATL best practices and Student Talks where students expressed their journeys, challenges, and global exposure gained through ATL initiatives.
