Celebrating Our Students’ Success – March 2026

2. Gautami Lele from grade 5 won a bronze medal in the interschool Taekwondo competition held in Millennium school.

3. KHSG girls-volleyball team got 4th place at Symbiosis Volleyball tournament. Ishwari Honrao got best defender trophy.

4. NisargMitra – The Nisargmitra Olympiad was organized by the Jnana Prabodhini Education Resource Center and the Ecological Society, Pune, with support from various CSR partners. The initiative promotes project-based learning focused on nature and environmental issues, encouraging students to find solutions to real-world environmental challenges.
The program was conducted in three levels—Level 1: an MCQ examination, Level 2: Project-based learning under mentor guidance and Level 3: Presentation of selected projects before experts.
More than 10,000 students from over 100 schools across 13 states, including Andaman, Manipur and Kashmir, participated in the Olympiad.
KHSG Students of Grade 6 designed a prototype of a water management system, demonstrating how water reaches homes from rivers. They also developed an innovative pipe-cleaning robotic submarine to remove algae and waste from municipal water pipelines, ensuring a cleaner water supply. Their project was appreciated and received a consolation prize.

5. Canteen Connect – We are pleased to share that our ATL project “Canteen Connect” secured First Prize in the Digital Section at the District Level Exhibition and Competition for Pune district Atal Tinkering Labs, held on 5th March 2026. The event was organized by the Maharashtra State Education Department and DIET at Nutan Marathi Vidyalaya, Pune in collaboration with Lend A Hand India. The Canteen Connect app was thoughtfully developed to streamline canteen operations by enabling pre-ordering, reducing long queues, and minimizing food wastage, creating a more efficient system for students. In addition, students showcased projects across categories. In the mechanical category, they presented a bird house, pen stand, and cup holder. In electronics, a natural piano using a Makey Makey kit was demonstrated. The theme-based project, Gobind Automatic Pesticide Sprinkler Device, focused on efficient and timely spraying in agriculture. These efforts reflect creativity, teamwork, and practical problem-solving skills

6. Maithili Patankar from grade 5, has secured the Global Top Rank in the International GetLitt! Reading Olympiad 2025–26. The Olympiad promotes a love for reading and strengthens students’ language skills. She has been awarded a Certificate of Brilliance, Gold Medal, and ₹1500 cash prize.

7. Shivraj Mokate from grade 5 has received the Art Maestro Award from Rangotsav Celebration. Congratulations.!!

8. Vihan Shirke of grade 7 was awarded as ‘Commendable Scholar’ for the commendable performance in the Ei ASSET Talent Search Assessment.
