Kaveri Group Launches PARAMPARA: A National Movement to Celebrate India’s Living Traditions
The Kaveri Group of Institutes (KGI), in association with the Pune Festival, proudly announces PARAMPARA — a unique national initiative that celebrates and sustains India’s rich artistic legacy by honouring young talent, veteran gurus, and the families that support them.
Building on 28 years of cultural engagement through the Bal Sangeet evam Nrutya Mahotsav (BSeNM), PARAMPARA now expands nationally, inviting schools across India to nominate exceptional students in classical vocal and instrumental music and dance.
Selected students will perform at the prestigious Pune Festival, with special features including:
Aligned with the National Education Policy 2020, PARAMPARA places arts at the heart of education, nurturing early talent and creating a cultural bridge between generations.
PARAMPARA is an initiative of the Kaveri Group of Institutes, one of Pune’s leading educational groups, run by the Kannada Sangha, Pune — a cultural and educational institution established in 1963. From its modest beginnings with just 35 students, KGI now educates over 9,000 students annually across schools, colleges, and special education centres. Known for its inclusive and pioneering approach, KGI supports both gifted learners and children with special needs.
Join us in honouring heritage and empowering the future.
