The Orientation programme for the identified gifted students of Std. XI and their parents for the year 2022-23 was held on 12th November 2022 with an objective to give them an overview of the proposed nurturing programme at Junior college.
Students were briefed about the concept of giftedness, their needs, and a few tips for parents to handle them in her talk by Dr. Devasena Desai while she highlighted the characteristics of giftedness.
The details of the forthcoming nurturing programme stating its objectives, outline, structure and the Panchakosha model as its base were shared in detail with the audience followed by a video of the glimpses of previous year’s nurturing programme and feedback from student.
