The session was organised for teachers on 24th July 2021 at 4.30 on zoom.

Dr. Shirisha spoke about how things changed and impacted us differently during this pandemic. She mentioned how it’s going to be long drawn and something that is going to stay for some time. So now it’s up to us whether to keep waiting for things to go normal or to accept and gear up.
“If you don’t carry the learning of your past, what you carry is the baggage” was a very important point that was put across very strongly.
It made us introspect and think of what constitutes a good life. Dr. Sathe also spoke about the changes that the teachers need to bring in as the system is now more learner centric.
Teachers will have to refer to various research papers, discuss, brainstorm and update themselves and look for effective ways to reach out to the students.

The session gave a lot of food for thought and with a motto: new game, new rules!
