The International Conference on Gifted Education (ICGE 2024) was held on 18th and 19th October 2024, organised by Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Pune in association with Kaveri Gifted Education and Research Centre, Pune.
At the inaugural function the participants got a great opportunity to listen to the Chief Guest Padma Vibhushan Dr. Raghunath Mashelkar, Former Director General Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).
The conference had spread across two days and comprised of many panel discussions and expert talks by many national and international resource people.
Additionally, two of our GNP @ KSJC facilitators presented the research paper at the event.
- Ms. Smita Pradhan, Counsellor and a gifted facilitator presented a paper on An Analysis of the Kaveri INSPIRE Camp for the Gifted students at KSJC authored by Smita Pradhan, Devika Deshpande and Mrs. Shobha Channal, Principal.
- Ms. Devika Deshpande, Lecturer and a gifted Facilitator, presented the research paper on Exploring the effect of the Pancha Kosha Model introduced in the Residential Camp for gifted adolescents authored by Devika Deshpande.
It was definitely an enriching experience to meet so many gifted educators and interacting with them.
