The Valedictory Function of the Kalam Centre, Swayam.. The start-up spirits and Astitva…The Eco Centre students for year 2023-24 was conducted on 19th of September, 2024 in the school auditorium at 02:00 pm. Mr. Atul Nagras was the chief guest for this program, Mrs. Malati Kalmadi, Secretary of Kaveri Group of Institutes and Mrs. Shobha Channal, Principal of Kalmadi Shamarao Junior College presided over the program.

Students of Standard XII and XI from Kalam Centre, Swayam and Astitva participated in the function, along with the parents of XII standard students accompanying them. Induction for the new batch for the academic year 2024-2025 was also carried out during the program.

The program began with the Principal’s address to the students, emphasizing the importance of the initiatives in shaping the future leaders of the community.

The activities performed by standard XII Kalam Centre, Swayam and Astitva were displayed in a video prepared by the students themselves, followed by the felicitation of all participants. Teachers who mentored the batch of ‘Kalam Centre’, Swayam and Astitva were also felicitated.

Era Solapurkar student from ‘Kalam Centre’; Shaurya Deshpande from ‘Swayam’ and Vrunda Sadalgekar from ‘Astitva’ shared their experiences about the activities carried out throughout the academic year.

This was followed by visionary speech from Mrs. Malati Kalmadi Ma’am that underscored her commitment for empowering youth.

The program ended with the chief guest Mr. Atul Nagras addressing the audience with a motivational speech that encouraged participants to pursue their dreams.
