KHS Primary, Ketkar Road, celebrated a joyful and informative Theme Day for Std. 1 and 2. Classrooms were wonderfully decorated with colourful and informative charts along with creative models for demonstration. The day was filled with energetic student performances including songs, poems, skits, and dress-up activities.
Std. 1 – Theme: Food
Students beautifully explained and demonstrated healthy food versus junk food, fruits and vegetables, sources of food, and the importance of a healthy diet.
Std. 2 – Theme: Water
Students explored water through its sources, uses, clean and dirty water, its effects on Earth and life, saving water, and the water cycle with amazing mini models, charts, and live demonstrations.
It was a learning-by-doing experience full of energy, excitement, and long-lasting impact. The event was made successful by enthusiastic student participation, creative parent involvement and support in preparation, and the dedicated guidance of our teachers.
