Under Special Wednesdays in the month of June, 17th June was celebrated as Rainbow Theme Food Day at KHS Primary. Students brought colourful items in their tiffin’s, showcasing innovative snack ideas by mothers. The vibrant, colourful food included appe, idli, dosa, mixed fruits, and mixed veg colourful salads with carrots, corn, beetroot, and tomatoes arranged to resemble the Rainbow. Tricolour parathas made with beetroot and palak were among the many different varieties that could be seen. The children were happily devouring the vibrant, colourful food, making the day a joyful celebration of health, creativity, and togetherness.
On 24th June Clay modelling activity was conducted to enhance students’ creativity, imagination, and artistic expression.
Students from Classes 1 to 4 participated enthusiastically. Each section was assigned a unique theme—Std 1 Nature, Std 2 Life Under Water, Std 3 Digital World and Std 4 Sports. The activity strengthened fine motor skills, concentration, and problem-solving abilities. The activity provided a memorable beginning to the academic year, inspiring students to explore, create, and express themselves confidently.
