Chunav Chunauti at KHS Primary
KHS Primary witnessed an exciting atmosphere during ‘Chunav Chunauti’, the school leadership elections.
Nominated students from Agni, Prithvi, Surya, and Varun house campaigned enthusiastically for the posts of Prefects, Vice Prefects, Games Captain, and Vice Games Captain. Voting day was a special moment as the III and IV graders cast their first votes to select their leaders, making the process democratic and memorable.
There was great excitement while announcing the results. This was followed by a Grand Investiture Ceremony for the new leaders, where Hon. Principal Nisha Tapde conferred badges and administered the oath. She shared inspiring words through a story of a pencil, along with appreciation and guiding words for the newly elected leaders.
The event left teachers and parents proud and students happy, marking a true celebration of leadership and responsibility.
Post the event, the principal, parents and the elected students had an informal chat over the tea.
