A beautiful and informative program was organized on April 21 under the initiative of Jeevit Nadi.
A lecture was organized by Mrs. Shubha Kulkarni, who has been working for this program for the past eight years.

She is highly passionate about clean rivers and equally enthusiastic about transferring this passion to the students of KHSG.
The purpose of arranging this program was that this activity should be introduced to the students at an early age.
They should be inspired to participate in this activity.

As part of her presentation, Mrs. Kulkarni gave information about the rivers in and around Pune city, special characteristics about them, the source of that river, their direction and changes to due impact of human activities.
She also explained the various types of river pollution in detail and the steps to deal with it.
