Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao Highschool Ganeshnagar, participated in the plastic bottle collection competition hosted by Pune Municipal Corporation.
The school actively participated in this competition between 4 February and 2 April 2023. Students and teachers together collected 50 kg of plastic bottles during this period.
We are proud to share that school was awarded the first prize in educational institution category (Warje – Karvenagar prabhag) for this plastic collection drive. The school received a Laptop, in recognition of the exceptional efforts put in collecting and recycling plastic waste.
The school is incredibly proud of the students for their hard work and commitment towards creating a cleaner and greener environment.
