The Farewell Programme for the outgoing students of Grade XII was conducted on 21st March 2026 at 3:45 p.m. in the Shakuntala Jaganath Shetty Auditorium.
The programme commenced with the guidance and inspiring address by the Principal Madam, setting a thoughtful and encouraging tone for the event.
Due to the sad demise of Late Shri Suresh Kalmadi, the farewell was thoughtfully organised in two parts. As a mark of respect, the celebratory elements were moderated. Snacks and souvenirs were distributed to the students during the hall ticket distribution.
After the completion of the Board Examinations, a cultural programme was organised to celebrate the occasion and showcase the talent and enthusiasm of the students.
The programme commenced with an orchestra featuring a vibrant mix of Hindi, Marathi, and Punjabi songs. This was followed by a semi-classical dance performance set to soothing Bollywood numbers.
A Marathi drama inspired by the theme of the popular reality show Bigg Boss added an element of creativity and entertainment. The programme then featured an energetic western dance performance.
The final performance was a rhythmic gymnastics act set to a viral song from the movie Dhurandhar, which captivated the audience with its grace and coordination. Despite a minor technical glitch during the performances, the spirit of the event remained high as the Grade XII students sang along while the Grade XI students continued dancing—creating a truly memorable and heartwarming moment.
The outgoing students thoroughly enjoyed the programme, expressing their excitement through cheerful hooting and encouraging their juniors throughout the event.
The celebration concluded on the ground with a lively DJ session, where students participated wholeheartedly, marking a joyful end to their school journey.
Overall, the farewell programme was a memorable and meaningful event, blending emotions, respect, and celebration.
