Collection Center – KSJC Stilts by 11th std students.

A shadu maati collection drive was initialed by the students of Astitva…The Ecocentre. Dry Clay from visarjan of Ganpati Bappa was collected by the students who took turns to be there. Students, parents and teachers from KSJC and secondary school came forward to donate clay.

This year the clay is wet as there are rains and hence the clay had to be dried first. A total of 39 people donated clay . The clay from the Visarjan of the Bappa of our college was also a part of this collection.

A total of 70 kgs of clay was collected in this drive. This will be donated to Punaravartan for recycling.
