Report on Atharvashirsha Chanting at Shrimant Dagdusheth Ganapati Temple

On 2nd September 2025, a group of 30 students from our college participated in the Atharvashirsha Chanting held at the Shrimant Dagdusheth Ganapati Temple, Pune. The event began early in the morning at 5:00 AM. Around 10 teachers from the college also joined the students for this spiritual and peaceful experience.
The chanting session included 11 recitations of the Atharvashirsha, a sacred hymn dedicated to Lord Ganesha. The pathan was conducted in a serene and devotional atmosphere, and it was followed by the aarti. After the aarti, prasad was distributed to all the participants.
This event proved to be a refreshing and both students and teachers had a positive experience. It helped everyone feel calm and spiritually uplifted. The collective chanting created a peaceful ambiance.
Overall, it was a memorable and enriching event that brought everyone closer to our rich cultural and spiritual traditions.
