On 13th June 2025, KSJC hosted a felicitation ceremony in the college auditorium at 11:00 am to honor the outstanding class XII and XI students who excelled in the HSC Board Examinations, on 13th June 2025.
The event was graced by esteemed guests, including the Chief Guest Ms. Poorva Bhat, a documentary filmmaker and film editor based in Pune. She works primarily in Indian and American productions.
Our Management members Shree Kushal Hegde Sir, President- Kannada Sangha, Mrs. Indira Salian, Vice President- Kannada Sangha, Mrs. Malati Kalmadi, Honorary Secretary, Mrs. Radhika Sharma, Joint Treasurer, Mrs. Pallavi Naik- Principal Emeritus, KHSG and Head Academics and Learning, graced the occasion with their presence.
The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest, Ms. Poorva Bhat, accompanied by the management members and Principal Mrs. Shobha Channal. Two students- Anushka and Palavi rendered a melodious song.
Principal, Mrs. Shobha Channal happily shared the HSC result for the year 2025 with overall passing percentage 99.29% with Science stream – 99.40%, Commerce – 98.74% and Arts stream – a perfect 100%
She also congratulated the successful students of Std XII and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence.
Mrs. Malati Kalmadi, Secretary- Kannada Sangha, congratulated the achievers and advised them to pursue their passions, emphasizing the importance of engaging in arts and sports as stress-relieving activities and promoting positive habits.
The prize distribution ceremony was divided into sections: first, the HSC rank holders and subject toppers across all streams were felicitated, followed by endowment prizes. Next, the class XI rank holders were recognized, and finally, special achievers of std XII with unique accomplishments were also honored.
Three exemplary students from Std. XII shared their journey at KSJC and expressed gratitude for the support they received.
Ms. Poorva Bhat, in her address, praised the students for their outstanding academic achievements and motivated them to tackle future challenges. She encouraged students to keep searching and follow their passion.
The ceremony concluded on a positive note with teachers, parents, and guests expressing their appreciation for the event. The gathering ended with optimism for continued success in the years to come, anticipating even greater achievements and celebrations.
