Interview Highlights:

स्त्रीणांशक्तिरूपेणयोगःसम्प्रेषितःस्वागतंकुरु

This Sanskrit line beautifully captures the essence of yoga as a source of strength and empowerment for women. It highlights the idea that yoga embodies the power and resilience of women, making it a perfect practice to celebrate on Women’s Day.

Dr.Rathi shared her tales of struggles and success and gave us two mantras where she asked us to practice priority management and don’t bother what others are saying. She also quoted “Life is not a race, it’s a journey” hence win it like a tortoise, slow and steady also live it with gratitude and a healthy mind. She also suggested to practice Yoga for a healthy mind. As teachers are the torch bearer and how they can remain happy.

It is important to highlight the benefits of practicing yoga for teachers in order to maintain happiness and well-being. Yoga can help teachers to manage stress, improve focus and concentration, enhance physical health and promote a sense of inner peace and balance. By incorporating yoga into their daily routine, teachers can cultivate a positive mindset, increase resilience to challenges, and create a harmonious work-life balance. Ultimately, practicing yoga can contribute to a teacher’s overall happiness and fulfillment, enabling them to better support their students and excel in their profession.
