On 13th March 2024, Guest lecture was arranged for Swayam (Life School) students by Mr. K.V. Balaji. Supervisor Mrs. Shweta Karandikar felicitated Mr. Balaji.
K.V. Balaji is one of the founder directors of a wealth management boutique firm- Innovators Services Pvt Ltd. The vision of this firm is to help clients to celebrate financial freedom.
He is also a certified financial planner, Chartered trust and Estate planner. He carries a rich experience of over 30 years in the field of wealth management.
With a passion for teaching and educating, he has also guided more than 1000 finance aspirants. As part of his training assignments, he is associated with many institutions such as the ICICI Center for Finance Learning, the International School of Finance, and many more.His other interests include advising cooperative societies on legal and regulatory aspects.

During the session Sir covered various areas and aspects of entrepreneurship.PPT Presentation was started with the introduction of entrepreneurship. Sir defined an entrepreneur as a person who starts, runs and grows his business.
He elaborated on various aspects of business like ‘Passion’, ‘Idea’, ‘teamwork’, ‘finance’ (Capital), ‘technology’, ‘qualification’ and market research.He further explained us about ‘Capital Allocation’ (Equity and Debt). He also told us about importance of technology in business especially in today’s era with an example of ‘TCS’.
He also threw light on Why Market Research is Important, competition, target segment, how to know our own business, the levels of our business etc.
Discussion on financial part in detail and how to develop a business plan was the main focused area. Using a white board sir explained the statistics.
The session was concluded on a note that “A proper Business Plan will give you a Vision to strategize your business in the long run”
