A three day INSPIRE camp was organized by the college for the gifted students and those who have higher scores in their 10th class. Students from all three streams – Science, Commerce and Arts students were asked to select places of interest for visits. Dr. Omprakash Kulkarni, a world renowned Scientist from Nashik inaugurated the camp and addressed the students about being life long learners.
The objectives of the camp were to give students hands on experiences related to their stream And to expose them to future and newer careers so as to broaden their horizons. Students from science visited places like MIT labs, Bharati Vidyapeeths Environment and research Institute, Department of Technology and Science and techno park in the university.
The Commerce and Arts stream visited start up, Stock exchange institute and CA firm and Symbiosis design Institute.
All the students enjoyed learning and understanding newer horizons in career and felt that it will definitely help them for their future. The camp ended with a brilliant speech buy Mr. Sagar Dharia, trustee of Vanarai who also distributed the certificates to the students.
