Club Swayam organized a Diwali initiative by preparing festive hampers for faculty and management. The process began with a meeting of all department members with Swayam teacher mentors to plan the project. During the discussion, the team finalized the list of products to be included in the hampers and determined their pricing. Some members visited the market to procure the required raw materials, while the cost of each product was carefully calculated. The final hamper consisted of Rangoli stickers, lotus, Lakshmi chi paula, soap, utna, lantern, panti, and bhadang.

After preparing sample hampers, the team presented them to Principal, who provided valuable guidance and suggestions to improve the quality and presentation. Following this, the marketing team promoted the hampers to the staff of the Junior College, Senior College and KHS Ganeshnagar and successfully received the orders from the staff. To streamline production, members were divided into smaller groups, with each group responsible for preparing specific products. This ensured efficiency and timely completion of all orders.

Through coordinated efforts and teamwork, the club successfully completed all hampers within the designated timeframe. Additionally, 10 hampers were presented to the college management members as a token of appreciation.

The Diwali Hamper project by Club Swayam was a resounding success, reflecting effective planning, teamwork, and the festive spirit of the college community.
