Guru Purnima

A Guru is not someone who holds a torch for you. He is the torch.
To honour the teachers, we at KIS organized a program for Guru Purnima on 13 July 2022 with intense zeal and zest.
The initiative for the arrangement of the function was taken by the teachers of our school. The program was hosted by the students of secondary section.
It is also the day that marks the birth Anniversary of Maharishi Ved Vyasa, the author of the great Indian epic, Mahabharata.
This day Is also known as Vyasa Purnima.
Students paid respect to the teachers with flowers, beautiful cards, performed dance and choir.
Our Principal spoke on the significance of Guru Purnima and appreciated and encouraged the students.
The function was concluded with gaiety all around.
