Age Criteria : Children born between 1st October 2019 to 30th September 2020

4. Grade 1
Age Criteria : Children born between 1st October 2018 to 30th September 2019
Child Ordinal : Not more than 2

Important Dates : Mini KG, LKG & UKG Online Registration for AY 2025-26

  • Final list will be displayed on Tuesday, 3rd December 2024 here
  • School fee payment for admission confirmation to be done (Online) from 3rd
    December 2024 to Saturday, 7th Dec 2024.

  • Start date : Monday, 2nd December 2024
  • End date : Wednesday, 4th December 2024

Registration Process :

  • Parents will have to register.
  • While registering the Primary contact No. given by the parent will be
    considered for further communication.
  • The current address given by the parents will be considered for further
    communication.
  • After registration, parent shall pay the application form fee of Rs. 1000/-
    (non-refundable) through Net banking, debit card or credit card
    only. [For Net Banking (Major banks) Rs. 10/-per transaction. ]
  • Only after form fee payment, parents shall fill the form (use
    laptop/desktop) and submit it online. The fields which are not applicable
    can be marked as NA
  • Please fill the application form in upper case only (capital letters).
  • This application is invalid without the parent’s/guardian’s signature
  •  Please mention ISD/STD codes wherever necessary.
  • Kindly upload the scanned copy of recent passport size photo of child
    and parent’s signature. Also, upload the required documents such as
    scanned copy of birth certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), address
    proof (Aadhar card/MSEB bill/Rent agreement-Index 2).
  • After successful payment of registration fee, a receipt will be generated.
    Parents shall take the print out of the receipt,the application form and
    Medical Form duly filled and signed by the Physician.
  • Take the print out of the Parent’s undertaking form and fill up.
  • Acceptance of application form does not guarantee admission.
  • Random Selection Process
  • School office shall publish a provisional list of short listed candidates
    (List No.1) on the portal along with the schedule for school visit.
  • Both parents along with their child will have to come for school visit on
    scheduled date and time.
  •  The following documents to be carried at the time of school visit-
    •  Hard copy of the admission form.
    • Copy of the birth certificate.
    • Medical Form duly filled and signed by the Physician.
  • After school visit, final list of short listed candidates (List No.2) will be
    displayed. The parents whose names are in the final list will have to
    confirm their admission by paying 1st term fee through net banking,
    debit card or credit card only (no cash or cheque payments) within the
    specified time.
  •  After the successful fee payment take a printout of the receipt
    generated.
  • Submit the following documents in the school office on working days
    (Monday to Friday) between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
    1. Payment Receipt
    2. Original Birth Certificate
    3. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    4. Bonafide Certificate with Student’s UDISE NO. (PEN) from the previous
    school for UKG.

*The admission procedure will be completed only after submitting the receipt and original Birth Certificate.

a. Admission Processing Fee is one time and non-refundable.
b. For withdrawal of admission up to 31st December 2024 – 20 % of the first installment of fee will be deducted, 80% of the first installment will be refunded.
c. For withdrawal of admissions from 1st January 2025 to 31st March 2025 – 30% of the first installment will be deducted, 70% of the first installment will be refunded.
d. For withdrawal of admissions from 1st April 2025 to 31st May 2025 – 50% of the first installment will be deducted, 50% of the first installment will be refunded.
e. For withdrawal of admissions after 31st May 2025, only caution money will be refunded from first installment.
