Age Criteria : Children born between 1st Jan. 2023 to 31st Dec. 2023

2. L.KG
Age Criteria : Children born between 1st Jan. 2022 to 31st Dec. 2022

3. U.KG
Age Criteria : Children born between 1st Jan. 2021 to 31st Dec. 2021

4. Grade 1
Age Criteria : Children born between 1st Jan. 2020 to 31st Dec. 2020

Form fee collection: Rs. 1,500/-
Receipt to be generated and to be sent on the parents’ email address.

Important Dates : Mini KG, LKG & UKG Online Registration for AY 2026-27

  • List of shortlisted candidates for school visit and interaction will be displayed on 21st November 2025. Date and venue for interaction will be mentioned in the same list.
  • Final list of selected candidates will be displayed on Tuesday, 25th November 2025 here
  • School fee payment for admission confirmation to be done (Online) from Tuesday 25th November 2025 to Thursday, 27th November 2025.

Important Dates : Grade 1 online registration for the AY 2026-27

  • Start date: Monday, 24th November 2025
  • End date: Friday, 28th November 2025

Provisional list of shortlisted candidates for LRC along with the schedule for school visit will be displayed on Monday, 1st December 2025 here

LRC (Level Readiness Check) Date: Saturday, 6th December 2025

Final list will be displayed on Wednesday, 10th December 2025 here

School fee payment for admission confirmation to be done (Online) from Wednesday, 10th December 2025 to Friday, 12th December 2025.

Registration Process :

  • Parents will have to register.
  • While registering the Primary contact No. and mail id given by the parent will be considered for further communication.
  • The current address given by the parents will be considered for further communication.
  • After registration, parent shall pay the application form fee of Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable) through Net banking, debit card or credit card only. [For Net Banking (Major banks) Rs. 10/-per transaction.]
  • Only after form fee payment, parents shall fill the form (use laptop/desktop) and submit it online. The fields which are not applicable can be marked as NA
  • Please fill the application form in upper case only (capital letters).
  • This application is invalid without the parent’s/guardian’s signature
  •  Please mention ISD/STD codes wherever necessary.
  • Kindly upload the scanned copy of recent passport size photo of child and parent’s signature. Also, upload the required documents such as scanned copy of birth certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), address proof (Aadhar card/MSEB bill/Rent Agreement-Index 2).
  • After successful payment of registration fee, a receipt will be generated. Parents shall take the printout of the receipt, the application form and Medical Form duly filled and signed by the Physician.
  • Take the printout of the Parent’s undertaking form and fill up.
  • Acceptance of application form does not guarantee admission.
  • Random Selection Process
  • School office shall publish a provisional list of short-listed candidates (List No.1) on the portal along with the schedule for school visit.
  • Both parents along with their child will have to come for school visit on scheduled date and time.
  • The following documents to be carried at the time of school visit-
    •  Hard copy of the admission form.
    • Copy of the birth certificate.
    • Photocopy of Student Aadhar card.
    • Medical Form duly filled and signed by the Physician.
  • After school visit, final list of short-listed candidates (List No.2) will be displayed. The parents whose names are in the final list will have to confirm their admission by paying 1st term fee through net banking, debit card or credit card only (no cash or cheque payments) within the specified time.
  •  After the successful fee payment take a printout of the receipt generated.
  • Submit the following documents in the school office on working days (Monday to Friday) between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
  1. Payment Receipt
  2. Original Birth Certificate
  3. Photocopy of Student Aadhar card.
  4. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  5. Bonafide Certificate with Student’s UDISE NO. (PEN)from the previous school for UKG.

*The admission procedure will be completed only after submitting the receipt and original Birth Certificate.
