What is the age criteria for Mini KG admission 2024-25?

What about sibling admissions?

Alumni and siblings will be given preference. But they will have to apply within the period of online registration as mentioned in the Admission Notice.

How are the children selected for admission ?

How many admissions are available for Mini KG?

We have 210 seats in Mini KG.

Do you accept children at Junior and Senior KG level?

Admission at Jr. and Sr. KG level are subject to availability of seats.
Age Criteria for Jr. and Sr. KG for the academic year 2024-25 is as follows
Jr. KG – 1st October 2019 to 30th September 2020
Sr. KG – 1st October 2018 to 30th September 2019

Do you provide snacks at school?

We provide substantial and nutritious snacks every day. We also monitor and quality and taste. A monthly menu is prepared based on the basic principles of diet and nutrition.

What are the school timings?

We have both morning and afternoon shifts. The timings are as follows.
Morning shift: 8:00 am to 11:30 am
Afternoon shift : 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Shift preference can be given by the parents at the time of filling up the form, but it’s not guaranteed. Shift allotment will be done as per the availability of the seats.

After completing pre-primary, will my child get admission in your primary school directly?

After completing pre-primary, the admission in primary is confirmed. However, please note that there is a separate procedure which needs to be completed in given time so that we know that you want to take admission.

Do you have a day care facility?

We do have a day care centre on the 5th floor of the same building. If you need day care facilities, you have to approach the day care centre directly and complete the formalities. Please note that the day care centre is available to the students of KHS only.
Please note that admission in school does not guarantee admission in Day Care Centre.

Do you provide transportation facility?

The school does not own any vehicle. However, we do connect the parents with the transport vendors whose names are registered with the school. We also have a transportation committee that monitors the vans / rickshaws and their fares.

How often do you conduct Parent – Teacher Meeting?

Parent – Teacher Meetings are held on every 2nd Saturday of the month (subject to change with prior notice). It is compulsory for at least one parent to attend. Parents can also meet the teachers personally during the month, but by prior appointment only by writing in the communication book.
