Alumni and siblings will be given preference. But they will have to apply within the period of online registration as mentioned in the Admission Notice.

1. After online form filling process, the documents will have to be submitted in the school office.
2. A list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on 21st Nov. on the school website along with the schedule for the school visit.
3. School visit for the parents will be on Saturday, 22nd Nov. 2025
4. After school visit, a list of selected candidates will be displayed on the school website on 26th Nov. 2025
5. The parents will have to confirm the admission from their end by paying the 1st term school fee from 1st Dec. to 5th Dec. 2026. If not paid within the specified period, the seat will be offered to the other candidate.
6. The parents can pay the fees through net banking, debit card or credit card. (no cash or cheque payments) within the specified time.
7. After the successful fee payment take a print out of the receipt generated.
8. Submit the following documents in the school office on working days (Monday to Friday) between and receive the acknowledgement on parent’s copy of the receipt.
   1. Payment Receipt
   2. Original Birth Certificate
   3. Caste Certificate (if applicable)

The admission procedure will be completed only after submitting the above documents.

We have 180 seats in Mini KG 

Admission at Jr. and Sr. KG level are subject to availability of seats.

Age Criteria for Jr. and Sr. KG for the academic year 2025-26 is as follows

Jr. KG – 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022

Sr. KG – 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021

We provide substantial and nutritious snacks every day. We also monitor quality and taste. A monthly menu is prepared based on the basic principles of diet and nutrition.

We have both morning and afternoon shifts.

Morning shift : 8:00 am 12:00 pm

Afternoon shift : 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Shift preference can be given by the parents at the time of filling up the form, but it’s not guaranteed. Shift allotment will be done as per the availability of the seats.

After completing pre-primary, the admission in primary is confirmed. However, please note that there is a separate procedure which needs to be completed in given time so that we know that you want to take admission.

We do have a day care centre on the 5th floor of the same building. If you need day care facilities, you have to approach the day care centre directly and complete the formalities.

Please note that the day care centre is available to the students of KHS only. Please note that admission in school does not guarantee admission in Day Care Centre.

The school does not own any vehicle. However, we do connect the parents with the transport vendors whose names are registered with the school. We also have a transportation committee that monitors the vans / rickshaws and their fares.

Parent – Teacher Meetings are held on every 2nd Saturday of the month (subject to change with prior notice). It is compulsory for at least one parent to attend. Parents can also meet the teachers personally during the month, but by prior appointment only by writing in the communication book.
