The Parent-Teacher Meeting, anchored by Ms. Shreya Habbu, began on a productive and engaging note. The session commenced with a PowerPoint presentation on the Karigar initiative by Ms. Shobha P, followed by students of Class 10 sharing their experiences of the Karigar workshop. Additionally, students of Class 8 shared insights from their English class activities, showcasing their learning outcomes.
The Headmistress, Mrs. Jyothi Kadkol, addressed the gathering and provided guidance on the importance of skill development. She introduced the MKCL – MSCIT courses available for all students and discussed solutions for challenges related to the behavior of certain students. Her valuable suggestions were appreciated by the parents.
Mr. Rahul Kulkarni, a representative from MKCL, was also present and shared comprehensive information about the MSCIT course, emphasizing its benefits for the students.
Following this, class teachers distributed the results of the Second Unit Test and Preliminary Exams for Classes 8, 9, and 10. Outstanding students were recognized and encouraged, with felicitations for the top 10 rankers and those who excelled in individual subjects across all three classes.
The program also celebrated the Sankranti festival. Teachers and women attendees were honored with haldi kumkum and tilgul, symbolizing the spirit of the festival. Parents actively participated by sharing experiences about their children’s behavior and progress, fostering a sense of collaboration between parents and teachers.
The program concluded with the rendition of Vande Mataram, leaving the attendees motivated and satisfied. The meeting successfully strengthened the bond between the school and parents, ensuring a collaborative approach towards the students’ academic and personal growth.
