Our girl students of std 8th are fortunate to receive the scholarship from the LPF every year. This year 13 girls are selected for the same. They are given sweaters, uniforms, raincoats by the foundation. Every year the LPF provides study material for them.
The award function was held for all the Lila Juniors on 16th of July at Smt. Shakuntala Jagannath Shetty Auditorium, Ganesh Nagar Pune.
Mr. Kushal Hegde the President of Kannada Sangha Pune was the chief guest. Mr. Firoz Poonawalla, Padmashree Lila Poonawalla, Mr and Mrs. Bhakshi, LPF trustees, Lila fellows, Lila girls, Lila juniors and their parents, Principals and teachers of various schools attended the program.
Our girls and their parents were happy about their selection and they are grateful to the LPF for supporting in them.
