Dear Parents,

Greetings from Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School- Baner.

 

Thank you for your interest in our school.  We are pleased to inform you that your child has been selected for the school visit.  While you are visiting the school for teacher interaction, kindly stick to the following instructions-

  1. Visit Date-  Saturday, 30/11/2024         
  2.  Both parents and the child is expected for the school visit.
  3. Please be present 10 minutes prior to the time alloted.
  4. School does not have any parking space.  Please avoid parking in front of the school gate.

Instructions for Pre-primary school visit:

  1. Parents are expected to be strictly on time along with their ward, on the school visit day.
  2. Final list of students securing admission for the academic year 2025-2026 will be displayed on the web site on Friday, 06th December 2024 after 3 p.m.
  3. For the payment of the school fees (1st Installment), follow the instructions in the email which will be sent to the applicants who have secured admission.  It will also be mentioned on the portal along with the final list.
  4. Admission will be confirmed only on payment of the school fees and submission of the required documents.
  5. List of documents to be submitted at the time of Confirming the Admission-  
    • Original Birth Certificate of the child
    • Photo copy of Aadhar Card of the child (if not submitted earlier)
    • Caste certificate Xerox of the father or the child if applicable.
