On Friday, 29th July 2022 International Tiger Day was celebrated at KHS High School Baner to raise an awareness about the protection of tigers ,a species which is facing extinction.
A purposeful walkathon was organised ,wherein students from std I to V roared with all their might catchy and awareness slogans on tigers .
To sensitise the elementary students about the crucial need to protect tigers a special assembly was conducted by std IV students. This assembly commenced with an informative speech on the dangers faced by the tiger population around the globe.
A skit showcasing the life of a tiger was very much appreciated and other inspiring performances were applauded.
The students encouraged the audience to raise awareness about tiger conservation and actively participate in a global system of preserving our natural resources.
