  2. Child Ordinal: Not more than 2

Important Dates

Mini KG online registration for the AY 2025-26

1. Start date : Thursday, 14th November 2024

2. End date : Monday, 25th November 2024

3. Last Date for Documents submission in the school office- Tuesday, 26th November 2024
(Submit the hard copy of the admission form duly signed by the parent along with the registration fee payment receipt, the birth certificate and Aadhar card xerox of the child between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm)

4. School visit for parents with the child: Saturday, 30th November (Both the parents are expected to visit during the given time slot along with the child.) Time slots will be displayed on the website on 28th November 2024.

5. School fee payment for admission confirmation to be done (Online) once you get the admission offer.

  1. The Primary contact number given by the parent while registering will be considered for further communication.
  2. The current address given by the parents will be considered for further communication.
  3. After registration, parent shall pay the application form fee of Rs. 1000/-(non-refundable) through Net banking, debit card or credit card only.

  4.  For Net Banking (Major banks) Rs. 10/-per transaction.
  5. Only after form fee payment parents shall fill the form (use laptop/desktop) and submit it online. The fields which are not applicable, you can write N A
  6. Please fill the application form in upper case only (capital letters).
  7. The application is invalid without the parent’s/guardian’s signature
  8. Acceptance of application form does not guarantee admission.
  9. Please mention ISD/STD codes wherever necessary.
  10. Kindly upload the scanned copy of recent passport size photo of the child. Also, upload the required documents such as scanned copy of birth certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), address proof (Aadhar card/MSEB bill/Rent agreement – Index 2).
  11. After successful payment of registration fee, a receipt will be generated. Parents shall take the print out of the receipt and the application form. Take the print out of the Parent’s undertaking form and fill up.

  1. After online form filling process, the documents will have to be submitted in the school office.
  2. After interaction, the candidates who have secured admission will be communicated through email on Friday, 6th December 2024.
  3. You will have to confirm the admission from your end by paying the 1st term school fee on or before Tuesday, 10th December 2024. If not paid within the specified period, the seat will be offered to other candidate.
  4. School visit for the parents will be on Saturday, 30th Nov. 2024
  5. The parents can pay the fees through net banking, debit card or credit card. (no cash or cheque payments) within the specified time.

  6. After the successful fee payment take a print out of the receipt generated.
  7. Submit the following documents in the school office between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm before December 13th 2024 and receive the acknowledgment on parent’s copy of the receipt.
    1. Payment Receipt
    2. Original Birth Certificate
    3. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    4.  Medical Form (Will be made available on the admission portal) duly filled and signed by the Physician.
  8. The admission procedure will be completed only after submitting the above documents.
