Heading Rules
General Rules and Discipline The right to admit and retain pupils lies in the hands of the management.
• A prior permission should be obtained from the school before joining any association/
club outside the school, else they will not be granted leave to participate in those
activities/functions.
• From each pupil regular study habits, obedience, courtesy in speech and conduct,
cleanliness of dress and personal hygiene are expected failing which stringent action
will be taken.
• If a pupil misbehaves in school even after three stern warnings, he /she will be
reprimanded.
• Pupils must look after their own belongings. Jerseys, umbrellas, raincoats and notebooks
should be labeled with the child’s name and class.
• Children are not permitted to carry unexplained cash or valuables to school.
• Any damage to school property has to be remedied at the cost of the offender.
• Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones to the school.
• Girls are not allowed to apply mehandi on any occasion without prior permission from
the class teacher.
• Girls are permitted to wear simple earrings (tops) only.
School Uniform • On every working day, for school functions and during examinations, each pupil must
wear a neat, clean and ironed school uniform and polished shoes, failing which the
pupil will have to pay a fine of Rs. 10/- per day.
• It is compulsory to wear the ID card everyday.
Mini KG
• For Boys: Pink and white check shirt, pink shorts, black Velcro shoes and white socks.
• For Girls: Pink and white check top and plain pink pinafore, pink bloomers, pink hair-
band (nylon), black Velcro shoes.
Jr. KG
• For Boys: A yellow and white check shirt with yellow shorts, black Velcro shoes.
• For Girls: A yellow coloured pinafore with yellow and white check shirt, yellow hairband
(nylon) black Velcro shoes.
Sr. KG
• For Boys: A blue and white check shirt with blue shorts, black Velcro shoes and white
socks.
• For Girls: A blue coloured pinafore with blue and whitecheck shirt, blue hairband (nylon)
black Velcro shoes and white socks with school name KHS.
• Each pupil should have at least two sets of uniforms. During winters students must
wear a maroon jersey.
Primary and Secondary
• For Boys: Red check shirt, beige shorts (Std. I to VII) / beige trousers (Std. VIII to X)
dark brown belt, brown socks with school name KHS, brown shoes and close haircut.
• For Girls: Beige pinafore, red check shirt, brown shoes , brown socks with school name
KHS, black hair band (nylon) and black ribbons. Hair to be neatly tied in pony tail or to
be tied into two plaits. Long plaits to be folded and tied. No fancy hair style is allowed.
• It is mandatory for girls from Std. IV to X to wear cycling shorts underneath their uniform
on all days.
• Students are allowed to wear a simple watch with a brown or a black strap from Std.
VIII onwards.
PT uniform
• Students must wear PT uniform (house colour) on Wednesdays, Fridays and on sports
day.
• For Boys: White shorts, colour T-shirt (red, yellow, green or blue according to the house
allocated to the student) with white canvas shoes and white socks with house colour
bands.
• For Girls: Coloured pinafore (red, yellow, green or blue according to the house allocated
to the student), white shirt, white canvas shoes and white socks with house colour bands.
Bus Rules Students will follow the rules listed below. When a student is referred to school officials for
his conduct, consequences will follow.
• Keep hands, feet, and objects to themselves and inside the bus.
• Remain seated unless given permission to move by the bus driver or the attendant.
• Do not eat or spit in the bus.
• Do not distract the driver’s attention with loud noises or language, such as cursing,
yelling, name calling, or any form of misconduct.
• Do not push, shove, slap, hit, fight, damage property, tamper with the bus, throw objects
on or from the bus.
• Obey the bus driver and the attendant at all times!!!
