A Session on Personality Development was facilitated by Dr. Dileep Patwardhan, an eye surgeon by profession and a member of JeevanVidya Mission, Mumbai on 23rd March 2022.

One of the heart winning quotes of the session by Dr. Patwardhan was “Person and Ability together becomes Personality”. Five types of personality such as Physical, Psychological, Intellectual, Emotional and Social were explained in depth with the examples and anecdotes of famous people.

Students were made aware of four important factors contributing towards personality development namely Diet, Exercise, Sleep and Positive & harmonious attitude.
