KIS – VISION STATEMENT:
Rooted in tradition while valuing innovation, the curriculum is founded on the five pillars of well- being or the Pancha Koshas amalgamating the physical, emotional, intellectual, creative and spiritual aspects that are essential to the complete blossoming of every child. Integrating the best of western thought and education
Children are the builders and boulders of a nation’s destiny…..every educator holds this unique responsibility and an amazing opportunity to make learning fun n joyful. Every child is a learner when given the right learning environment. Active learning directed towards self exploration and awareness is what every institution strives to inculcate and we are a pioneer in that aspect.
We are an institute that believes in providing caring and conducive environment to enhance learning. We are committed to traditional Indian value and culture for children to keep a connect with their identity, but we are aware and also recognise the need for a global perspective in life. Our role as educators is to create a school system that facilitates such a climate. Learning is weaved around the learners, encouraging them to reflect in what they are learning and how they are learning.
With KIS I feel that education is DYNAMIC,INTERACTIVE & ALIVE
Educational institutions are plenty, all of which impart learning, but it is our prayer that our students go out into the world with the strength, not only to reach and excel in their professional aspirations, but to remain beautiful human beings.
We are doing all we can to ensure that when students eventually leave school, they will do so as confident, caring young people, who are creative, collaborative, and committed to their learning. Our values of respect, integrity, curiosity, and excellence, are behind everything we do as a staff and as a school.
